The Americas Society\/Council of the Americas (AS\/COA) hosted the discussion on the future of work in the Member States and the challenges posed by the current global situation.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><br>At the event, the Peruvian Head of State affirmed his administration intends to achieve an interconnected nation through the optical fiber backbone network by the Independence Bicentennial in 2021: \u201cWe have to seek the inclusion and the participation of all citizens if we want to lay the foundations for sustainable development,\u201d the Head of State expressed in this sense.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><br>The Pacific Alliance \u2014created in 2011\u2014 is an integration initiative focused on reducing trade barriers, as well as fostering the free circulation of goods, services, capitals, and people across its territories. The bloc relies on observer countries and represents the eighth-largest economy in the world.
